Nestled within inner-west Sydney, Five Dock Leisure Centre (FDLC) is an all purpose community oriented leisure centre. Of the 450,000 casual and regular visitors each year, the fast-growing Gymnastics Club within has a strong member base exceeding 1000 gymnasts, ranging in age from 18 months to adults. It offers a comprehensive recreational gymnastics program and a competitive program that caters to state, national, and international levels. With the goal of being selected for the state teams, they were looking to expand and when the Fitness Centre across the hall became vacant, it was only natural to fill it with some world class training equipment supplied by both SPIETH & CANNICE.
